Christine B. Williams is a powerful and versatile award winning performer with over 20 years of experience on stage and screen across Canada, the U.S., Europe and Australia. From the Metropolitan Orchestra under Boris Brott to televised galas and over 300 shows of Du Rock à l’Opéra, Christine brings soul, precision, and charisma to every performance. She’s appeared at the Governor General’s Awards, toured with rock band The Tea Party, and created vocal arrangements for Festival Classica, she even sang for Queen Elizabeth II.

Biography

From a young age, Christine has been enchanting audiences with her pure and crystal clear voice. She has collected many awards including first prize at the Canadian Music Competition and the Charles-Émile Gadbois Foundation.

Christine’s grace and beauty have melted hearts at conferences, on stage and television, at galas, festivals and special events across the world, including a royal performance for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the Governor General’s Performing Arts Awards Gala, the Summit of the Americas and even the Francophonie Summit.

Perhaps most impressive is Christine’s amazing versatility in different musical genres.This ability allows her to perform opera and lyrical arias, musical comedy standards and even pop music with equal ease. She has even collaborated with iconic rock bands like The Tea Party, showcasing her ability to seamlessly blend genres, as she was a special guest for their Concert stage Canadian and Australian Tours. Christine was also on the creative team of the successfully known show From Rock to Opera, where she was featured for over 300 nights across eastern Canada.

Through the years, Christine has developed a growing interest for composition and writing. She has co-written choir arrangements and even had one of her original songs performed at the sound and light show commemorating the 100th anniversary of the battle of Vimy Ridge in France.
