For many years, Christine has been actively teaching voice and piano to kids and young adults. Through the years, she also has developed a growing interest for composition and writing.
After studying voice with soprano Micheline René, Christine B. Williams rises by winning first prizes of both Charles-Émile Gadbois Foundation and the Canadian Music Competition. For this occasion, she is invited to sing with the Metropolitan Orchestra under conductor Boris Brott.
Christine has a career spanning twenty years in Canada, the US and Europe where she has sung on stage, on television, in congresses, galas and festivals, notably at «Le Sommet de la Francophonie», «Le Sommet des Amériques» with the Quebec Symphonic Orchestra, at the Canada Governor General’s Awards, on the Canadian and Australian symphonic tours of rock group The Tea Party, at «Célébrations» and «Méga Million$» galas of Loto-Québec, at the evening concert «Hommage à Michel Cusson», and at more than 300 shows of the musical revue «Du Rock à l’Opéra» at the Montreal and Hull casinos where she lead a title role and participated in the creation of the show.
